We assist customers in determining their eligibility for government-backed energy efficiency schemes and grants. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information. Citywide Manchester cannot be held liable for false declarations or ineligibility based on incorrect details.

3. TrustMark Guaranteed Installations

All installations carried out through Citywide Manchester are performed by certified professionals and, where applicable, are covered under the TrustMark scheme. This ensures that work meets government-endorsed quality standards.

4. Installation Warranties & Guarantees

All products and services include warranties as per the manufacturer’s and installer’s terms. Warranty periods and coverage will be communicated prior to installation. Please retain your documentation for future reference.

5. Complaints Procedure

We take all feedback seriously. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service:
